My experience has been good. All the service technicians have been good. I have received prompt service whenever I had a question. I will continue my service. My only negative comment would be that when I first contacted TruGreen my concern was the large amount of moss in my yard. Nothing has been done to help this problem. With the great health of my lawn now the moss is continuing to spread even more so. I just want it gone. Other than that I look forward to the continued service at my home.

Very timely by applying proper application of lawn and tree and shrub needs. I also apply mosquito application now and am very pleased with results. I can now use my inground pool with under water lighting at night without being invaded by these pests.

It is an easy decision to make. No lugging bags of fertilizer and cheap plastic spreaders .No guessing if you are applying to much or to little and at the right time.Just sit back and relax,while the Truegreen team does there stuff. Water occasionally and mow. No more weeds!

This office of TruGreen comes and does my lawn with literally no intervention on my part other than to pay an annual bill. I can choose to add or subtract services based on need and they WILL return if an application doesn't work. It rarely happens, but the guarantee is good to have. I get a discount if I pay early, too! My lawn looks great. It's like magic.

Being in Emergency Services and having a 2 year old son, finding the time to take care of my lawn is challenging at best. Last season was my 1st with TrueGreen. I enjoyed my 1st year with TruGreen in Plymouth. The techs were always friendly and knowledgeable. I have yet to have a bad experience, and will be using them again this year to take care of my law.

I'm VERY concerned about the overuse of chemicals and am hoping (?) that TRUGREEN uses just enough to keep my lawn looking presentable - I do not need a golf course lawn at the expense of our environment. I've always been pleased with what my TRUGREEN agent, Buddy Weibrecht, has accomplished and in his own enthusiastic way.

Michael, my regular guy does the best job on my lawn. Others unfortunately are't as good as Michael.I have had bad experience with others.

Trugreen does excellent work and they are not afraid to ask if we're satisfied, which points to the confidence in their workers, always willing to please, and their product. We like the fact that many times they use liquid fertilizer and it's absorbed readily, this is especially important because of the dogs. They call to find out if we would like to expand their services in taking care of trees and shrubs, and pesticides without being a pest. I also have to applaud their confidence to give me tips to keep my lawn in great shape without the aid of water.

Everyone at TruGreen is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with in all aspects. They always want their customers to be extremely satisfied ( as I always am). After third season following suggested progressive customized treatments our lawn has been transformed from mediocre to excellent. Very professional service rendered by lovely people. That is very hard to find.

Overall good experience. There were days when applications were made in the rain when the instruction that were left indicated the ground gars should be wet for 24 hours. I understand that there is a schedule to keep, but I had to call once to bring it up as a question. Otherwise, satisfied.

Overall, the service that Trugreen provided was very good. The lawn care person sometimes neglect to treat the sidewalk lawn strip. I did mention that to them and they took care of it pretty quickly.
